Additionally I decided to expand just a tiny bit into GHQ's other offerings. When I started buying these Israelis I was also mugging the WWII Micronauts lineup pretty bad. It was such a tough choice for me. Now I've decided I can't hold out any longer. I ordered the rule book and some USN ships. I've got a carrier, battleship, super cruiser, heavy cruiser, 2 light cruisers, 6 destroyers, and 6 destroyer escorts inbound. After doing a lot of research and paint matching I have opted to do my entire fleet, regardless of historical accuracy, in Measure 22 camouflage.
In 2011 I was sort of into Axis and Allies War at Sea and ended up painting a few of my Japanese ships. I am showing the pictures here for anyone interested. I am hoping the GHQ fleet will look much much better than this.
